Yesterday was one of those January days. The sun never made it's way out and the house seems dark. Our house IS dark. With an addition that was put on the back of our house it sits long with no windows in the dining room except for one and it can seem well, dark. So in an effort to cozy it up a bit I keep lamps and little electric flicker candles on timers to come on in the winter months. Just a few shots of my day to cozy up with a blanket, tea and cookies.
I love sheep. I have little ones sitting all around the house. Don't know what it is about them.
This pillow says it all. I am "plain folk."
It is definitely a day for these!
Looks like you do have lots of cozy touches. Looks nice.
ReplyDeleteLove your cozy elements. We have north facing windows in the dining room and kitchen and I love having little lit elements to add light this time of year...of course the natural light bouncing off all our snow is making it bright now :) Keep warm!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!

I love to nest in the winter. Very nice I love your coffee pot or is it a chocolate pot?

Girl, I am having a minor issue with your link. I fixed it and when I click on it I come here, but the post listed is now one about kitty food. Just thought I would tell you. Since I see that this post is not about kitty food.
ReplyDeleteI love your cozy home. I can feel the warmth through your photos.
ReplyDeleteYou have such an adorable house, and I loved all of your cute things. I'm also loving those owl cupcakes on your sidebar. They are as cute as can be!
