Crockpot Turkey Meatballs

Crockpot turkey meatballs

This is a very versatile recipe for an easy crockpot supper.
I used ground turkey but you could use ground anything.

Crockpot Turkey Meatballs

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. bread crumbs
dash nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste (whatever seasonings you like)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg

Mix together to form the meatballs and brown in a pan.

Meanwhile in your crockpot mix one can of cream of mushroom soup.
2 cups of water
1 cube beef bullion. (you could add more but I try to keep the salt down)
some sprinkles of Mrs. Dash
Few shakes of Worcestershire Sauce
Splash of Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

Add the browned meatballs and turn on high for a few hours. If you like your sauce thicker you can add some flour and water for the last hour to thicken.

Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
Enjoy!
Update: Okay so my oldest was looking at the blog and felt the need to tell me that the meatballs in the above picture don't look very appetizing. But she said they sure did taste good. I personally think they tasted and looked great but I forgot to shoot a pic of them piled on my mashed potatoes.
