Mid Summer Tomatoes

I have tomatoes coming out of my ears. I am glad to share with family and friends but they are ever so lovely to display in a bowl.

I pulled out a new table topper and tried it with a bowl of maters in the kitchen but it just clashed with some of my things in here now.

So I moved the table cloth and maters to the dining room. They really go with my red chairs.

I think this table vignette will carry me through the end of summer.

Okay, I promise to embrace summer heat and all. I will head to my inlaws pool. Thank goodness they live very close to us.

Happy Summer!!

  21. A lovely summer table top and I am green, I mean red with envy over your tomatoes! All I have so far is tall plants and flowers...by the time we get tomatoes here in Northern Wisconsin, I have to worry about frosty nights...I will visit your bowl often!

  28. Love your vignette. Hope if you keep it the same all summer you don't get those little annoying gnats that seem to congregate around spoiling tomatoes.

    Oh...

    Oh?

You mean you'll change out the tomatoes? Okay. Gosh, I'm turning red here.

But before I slink out in embarrassment, can I just tell you that you are awfully creative at tablescapes! Love all the elements and textures you've captured in yours.

Thanks for the lovely share this week.

    A+

PS. I have that same bowl!
