Blue and Red Corner

When it comes to decorating in our den or at least on the surfaces, I keep it pretty simple because there is so much living in there. We have to have lots of space to put chip bags, ice cream bowls and cups or my family would have no idea where to put such things.

Blues with touches of red brought in with the pip berries and the old books.

I need a candle for my little bowl. It looks lonely and empty. Clearing up other spaces for my fall goodies I think I will bring out next week. Now it is over 100. Yuck! Does not feel like fall yet here but it will get here eventually.

I love your blue pottery containers. Between potery and wood is a toss up for me! Looks really nice and I know when you get your fall going on it will be even more awesome.

I love your pottery! I've bought a little fall stuff to sit around. I'm going to start collecting as fall is my absolute fav!

Love the pottery ~ hope the cooler temps come your way. They're here already only 63 degrees today ;-)

Your pottery is lovely! And I agree, you have to leave space for living!

I hope you will bring one of your projects or posts to my Potpourri Friday Party this week. Link-up starts on Thursday afternoon. Without a doubt, your participation will help make the party better!

I like what you have in that corner, Elaine. A fall smelling candle in the little bowl would make it seem like fall inside, don't you think? Despite the heat outside.:)
