Nothing says home like farmhouse decor. I live in a 50's ranch but love to add touches of farmhouse decor throughout our home.
Warm colors, simple useful daily items just add a homey touch. Chickens, sunflowers and crocks are some of my favorites. I tucked in some candy corn picks with my sunflowers to add some fall flair.
This little wood box was picked up at an estate sale. Is it a salt cellar? Let me know if I am right or wrong.
Old brown transferware is one of my favorites. I snatch it up when I can find it at a reasonable price.
A yummy smelling candle tied up with homespun. Hot buttered rum. Sounds yummy!
Fall farmhouse greetings to you!

ReplyDeleteok love it all but I especially love the little pumpkins in the muffin tin!!!!!!!! did some of those goodies come from your fav store???? lets get together and go there!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou Fall house looks lovely! I think your wooden box might be a salt cellar, but might also be a candle box. In old houses where they used candles for lighting, they would keep a supply of them in every room.
ReplyDeleteElaine ..I love your country accents. I have quite a few chickens.. I was raised on a farm so can relate.. Warm Wishes from another ElaINE
