In Love with My Keurig

It is rainy and dreary here this morning. Where do I live? Usually May is warm and bright and we don't get June gloom until well, June. And not all wet. My poor chickens don't like coming out in it. I have been having the best time playing with the Keurig. I bought the mini in yellow. My opinion... wonderful invention. I have one complaint though. They made the tray out of plastic below the cup and it is already getting scratched from pulling the cups in and out. Really? You couldn't use something more scratch resistant?

I keep a jar full of the K-cups next to the maker. We have not used the big coffee maker since but hubby says he will on the weekends since he can drink quite a few cups.

Caramel Vanilla was my fave over the weekend but I just had an Italian roast the rocked my morning. I told hubby it was the best thing I have bought in a long time. I bought mine from Kohl's online to get the yellow. Wait until you find a 30% off code and save $30. Can't beat that.

I love your Keurig! I had no idea they came in colors or I would have gotten yellow too! I hav a big gray and black one....what's up with those colors? Bright, cheerful, colorful for a kitchen wouldn't you think? How many cups do you get with yours before you have to fill it? I'm curious as I may give mine to my son and get me a yellow one! LOL! I just love yours! Which Italian roast did you get? There is a Celestial Seasonings Mandarin Spice herbal tea I love for evening (no caffeine) and of course I like the Starbucks and Donut Shop is good too. Enjoy!

Elaine, what an adorable sunshine yellow Keurig!! It's perfect in your kitchen! I think I'd really enjoy one myself, just to be able to try a different flavor with every cup. :)

I've missed visiting blogs so often and especially yours! Enjoy your cup of joe today. (And here in Ky. it's actually quite hot outside!!)
Blessings,
Leslie

Love Love Love the yellow, I had no idea of the colors.

I can't wait to get mine :)

The yellow one is a nice feature. Mine is stainless steel. I make a lot of frappecino's now and its a lot cheaper than going to Starbucks for one. I take any left over coffee I have and freeze it in ice cube trays. Then I take chilled coffee, a couple coffee ice cubes, a dash of milk, a little hersheys chocolate and run it thru my Magic Bullet blender. Takes 3 minutes to make it and they are SO good!

I love ours...it's not in that happy color but, it gets it's use in. I got the kids cocoa...love. I also use it just for a quick cup of hot water for tea...comes in handy. This yellow baby made me covet...I have one that works, but yellow...oh my. Nope I can't do it right now. ha ha. Enjoy it...Have a sun shiny day. LOL...well it is sunny over my hill, yesterday we had rain. HUGS, Mica

The yellow is so pretty in your kitchen. I'm loving this cool weather! Being here in So Cal we have to enjoy it while we can before the heat of summer hits us.

We got a Keurig for Christmas and I love it - Thinking about having a cup right now. I love yours in yellow and I love your idea to put the cups in a big jar!

I was in Whittier for a few days last week - Not sure where you are, but we had weather from the 60's to the 80's with clouds, rain and sunshine...Sure beats this 90 degrees we're having back here in New Mexico!

I do like that yellow - especially with that red cup. There's something 1940s about it. And so cheery!

We've had our share of dreary days here too. Yesterday we had a beautifully sunny day and warm temps. today, warm temps and rain to come. My daughter loves her Kuerig, but we still have a typical coffeemaker. I think a mini Kuerig like yours would be perfect if a random cup of coffee was needed during the day. Sounds like you are enjoying yours! Love the yellow!

This machine make me glad and I guess, I would stay in the kitchen and try all the flavor you have, §:-)
Prettilicous, indeed.

*Of Course* your cute little beverage center is all color coordinated!!! LOVE it...the K'cup jar is so cute...and old fashioned....plus the lid is red to match everything! I think the yellow Kuerig is the perfect color for your kitchen. I am glad you are enjoying it! I get to play with my friend Ellen's Kuerig (am I spelling this right?) when I go over to her house and paint. I think they are so neat!

I've been considering one of these... but when I prices them out I felt like they weren't cost effective. What do you think?

I have TWO Keurigs. I loved my big one so much that daughter #2 bought me a RED mini one for my desk at work. I have almost totally broke my Startbucks habit because of my Keurig -- LOVING your yellow one! Hey, I have my k-cups in that same jar :)

Blessings!
Gail

P.S. being a California girl at heart, I know EXACTLY what June gloom is :)

Your little Keurig looks so bright and cheery, and I like how you have your K-cups stored. I have mine stored similarly in an old Tom's Peanuts jar.

I had no idea that you could buy Keurig machines in yellow! I am so in love right now... I also just got that 30% Kohl's coupon, so I think a purchase will be in my immediate future!! :)
