Sunny Simple Sunday

Our house. What can I say. Loud, crazy and yes, glasses wearing cats. This is my husband's big old boy, Sneakers. He put these funny glasses on him and he just sat there cursing us in his kitty mind I am sure. He used to let the kids push him around in the doll stroller. He is a great cat that drops dead vermin at our door regularly. Getting older, I hope he has many years ahead.

And this guy. Here he is doing what he often does in the house, decorating. It is his birthday today. He is working as he usually is on his birthday. Happy birthday to you. I could never give you a gift that could compare to the gift you gave me when you walked into my life. I am the lucky one.

Now for some highlights from last week:

Ash Tree Cottage always a delight with her charming cottage coziness. Never tire of her photos.

Rosemary and Thyme shared the cutest Christmas table setting. I wish I were invited to sit down and the darling table.

Family Home and Life shared this gorgeous scripture ornaments. They are so pretty. Love all the talented projects you find this time of year.

Okay so now share what you have been up to. Have a wonderful weekend. Link up anything family friendly.

Your kitty reminds me of our kitty Panthor...she was as sweet as could be...we got her when the boys were small and the boys dressed her and her brother in clothes hats...puleed them in wagons in bike baskets...all sorts of craziness and they seemed to love the attention...funny how that is...she is now in kitty heaven after bleesing us with her 17 years with us! Funny how your post brought back wonderful memories for me! Happy birthday to your dear hubby!!

Aww...Sneakers is a good sport! Joy used to dress up Bambi (our cat) when she was younger in bonnets and roll her around in her baby stroller too. :) Luke does more chasing Bambi around these days!

Happy birthday to your husband! How sweet he is! We're blessed to have a hubby that loves Christmas as much as we do and is so willing to help out with the Christmas decorating!

Ahh...I do love Christmas. I'm loving all these Christmas photos!

Have a great weekend, Elaine!

Please ask your sweet hubby to stop by and give my hubby some decorating lessons. David is just not into it. But, I would not trade him for anything. What a darling cat. What would we do without our pet's antics to keep us smiling? Thanks so much for featuring me. It is very sweet of you!!!

Big Hugs,
