We had a busy Father's day weekend. Extended family on Saturday and just our family having a little barbecue to celebrate the man that makes it all happen around here. We tried hard to capture a selfie of our family and it as always, resulted in chaos and laughter.
Looking at this picture, can you imagine being him? That is a lot of women to live with but it doesn't faze him. He is the calm in the hormonal storm when needed and keeps me encouraged when I need it.
That is a lot of estrogen.
We had a birthday girl this week and Father's day so instead of spending money on a gift bag that you will just toss, we put the gifts in reusable buckets. A nice white one for the daughter that just moved out filled with home keeping supplies and gift cards and for the hubby a new car washing bucket in his favorite color. We filled his with lots of his favorite things and gifts cards as well.
A nap on Father's day is much earned but of course he had to have his two smallest girls included. These two puppies love their daddy. Can you tell?
