We are headed into a busy few months and a weekly menu plan I prepare on Sunday helps me to keep on track and always have a dinner plan.
This begins some prime barbecue weather with lots of warmer weather and longer days. Watch for good deals on charcoal. We went to Lowe's and bought two of the large double bags of briquettes on sale cheaper than the rest of the year. Also watch for Memorial weekend deals.
March Dinner Meal Plan 3/13
Sunday: Slow cooked pork shoulder on the barbecue, rolls, best ever cole slaw, grandma's baked beans
Monday: Crock Pot Chili Verde ( will use leftover pork shoulder but dump and heat in crock pot), simple Spanish rice, corn
Tuesday: Frozen lasagna from me freezer cooking ( I have a meeting tonight), lemon vinaigrette salad
Wednesday: Dinner with in-laws
Thursday: Greek chicken burgers, oven fries
Friday: Sourdough Bread Pizza
Saturday: Dinner out (Date night)
