Make Ahead Freezer Meals - Easy Lasagna

Gather your ingredients. I cleaned some things out of the freezer and decided lasagna was on the menu.

  • No Boil Lasagna Noodles
  • Sauce
  • Parmesan and mozzarella cheese
  • Cooked ground beef and Italian sausage
  • Cottage or ricotta cheese
  • Eggs
  • Italian seasonings
  • Pam to spray pans and foil
  • Multiple baking pans 
I used up things from my freezer. I had frozen mozzarella cheese, red meat sauce, sausage and ground beef. So I am making space in the freezer, using up items for a frugal holiday meal.

    Even though I'm older(65), I still like to plan meals and freeze ahead. When cooking and eating at home, we eat healthier and of course it's so much cheaper than eating out. We had a crowd at Thanksgiving and sent left overs with everyone. With the turkey left, I made soup, a casserole, and 2 batches of enchiladas for the freezer. As you said on a video, I'm ready to bring a casserole or have friends over. Love to see your posts. Patty Mc
