I love quinoa, too. So good for you and lots ...Yum! I love quinoa, too. So good for you and lots of protein. The only reason I don't make it often is because you're supposed to rinse it beforehand and even with a fine mesh strainer, a lot of those little grains fall through the strainer and get stuck in the mesh. I've tried lining the strainer with paper towels and then a lot of the quinoa gets stuck to the towels!
