After doing some research, I found that any left overs we have can be warmed (not hot) mashed, mixed with oatmeal, cereal or crushed chips and the chickens love it.
Rather than run it down the disposal or into the compost...I just give it straight to my chickens.

PatPatricia @ 9th and Denverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04786692442689958889noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3504547252988171727.post-49322659676727957392012-11-09T15:30:00.534-08:002012-11-09T15:30:00.534-08:00thats a great idea!!thats a great idea!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3504547252988171727.post-80905618565038892132012-11-09T15:10:56.525-08:002012-11-09T15:10:56.525-08:00You are so resourceful!! I used to make a nice party dish with chicken using Cap'n Crunch cereal. I have used corn flakes for oven fried fish and chicken, too. xoBarbara F.https://www.blogger.com/profile/05650730931602700042noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3504547252988171727.post-49028404584142330242012-11-09T12:18:13.279-08:002012-11-09T12:18:13.279-08:00What a great idea!! They turned out crisp and tasty. So maybe this would work with cereals too. You could put them in a pan and into the (electrical) oven at low temperature and let them dry. If it doesn't work, you can always mix them with the dogs' food. :-)Babajezahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14538344149217844113noreply@blogger.com
