Lately, I've been mixing two vinegars - balsamic and red wine together with the olive oil and it is so good. I also soak garlic cloves in it until it is ready to serve. If I use lettuce it is usually the dark leafed varieties. Iceberg does nothing for me and for years I thought I didn't like salad but it was the way they fixed them and the ingredients. I love yours!
