My kids love chicken crispers and here is my home made version. Of course these are not deep fried so they are a healthier version. Here are our homemade chicken crispers.
I like to oven fry on a cookie sheet with canola oil and a few dabs of butter. I just crowd them on there but don't layer them. Into the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 mins. turning once half way through. Bake until crispy and done. My oven is old so your time might vary.
Served up with some home made ranch dressing and yum!

ReplyDeleteLooks yummy. My husband makes chicken a similar way, but he doesn't use eggs. I'll suggest it to him. It looks like it makes it extra crispy.
