How to Clean Those Dirty Summer Feet

I have been meaning to share how to clean those dirty summer feet with you for a long while. If you are like me and spend your summer in flip flops, you know what I mean when I say your feet get dirty. Down right stained. Here is how to clean those dirty stained summer feet.

Clean Filthy Feet

1.Take one new scrub brush to keep for only to clean dirty barefoot. You can grab one from the dollar stores or dollar section.

2. Use a moisturizing body wash but you could use whatever soap you'd like. I have tried lots and my favorite is the Olay Body Wash.

3. While in the bath or shower after your feet are nice and soft from the water, get the scrub brush nice and soapy and scrub away all the dirt in the little cracks.

4. Always moisturize your clean feet afterwards and put socks on for a while if I have time. I have been doing this for a few years and never even travel in the summer without my scrub brush.

Just don't start cleaning the shower with it. I keep an old one for that. All kidding aside, this really works.

  3. I don't have as much trouble from stained feet as I do from dry heels. Sounds like this might help that too. Thanks!

  5. Oh, this is a good tip. I live in my flip flops almost year round as we don't get too cold here. I hate it when the tips of my toes get dirty! I had never thought about using the little brush. Hope you're doing well.
    Be a sweetie,

  6. Great idea. A regular shower just doesn't get the bottom of your feet clean, does it?

  9. I have actually done this before. I need some heavy duty brush for my nasty feet! My favorite shoes are no shoes at all do wear flip flops when I have too!

  10. I like your idea, I live in California and wear sandals pretty much all year round, so my footsies can use extra care.

  11. When it gets super hot in summer, I sit in front of the tellie at night with my feet in cold water with a bit of shower gel in it but I always put cream of some sort on them before I go to bed it keeps them clean and soft
