Teacher Appreciation School Supply Cake

We just celebrated teacher appreciation week at my daughter's preschool. I was blown away by this teacher appreciation school supply cake one of the moms made. I had to share with you all cause what a great idea.

Inside the squares were boxes of tissues, disinfectant wipes, craft supplies you name it. From the dollar stores you could easily make one of these and wow your favorite teacher.

school supplies, classroom, teacher appreciation

I, on the other hand, being creatively challenged, chose flowers and a Target gift card.

Both ideas are excellent. My heart breaks for those poor innocent children, angels in Heaven, and their parents and families. And the teachers who without hesitation throw themselves over the children to protect them. xo

Cute ideas. I just can't stand the thought of those precious children who had to be so scared and unaware of what was really happening.

When the girls were in elementary school, we had a tornado coming our way and I went to school to pick them up. They would not let me take them because they had to account for all of the ones who were suppose to be there that day. But, they said I could stay with them. So, I huddled in the hallway with them until the clear sirens went off. I couldn't stand the thought of them being there without me.

God bless all of those teachers who protected their classes.

That's a great idea, isn't it. I love that it's all so useful and can be found at the dollar store. I'm sure she really appreciated your gift, too!

Hey I'm a teacher and I can tell ya she's going to love that Target gift card just as much. Teachers spend countless dollars of their own money on their classroom. She might take that gift card and get a cute outfit or a new pair of earrings. She will smile!!
