Super Simple Lemon Vinaigrette Salad

This is one of our favorite salads these days. In fact I make this super simple lemon vinaigrette salad at least three times a week. It is so easy but so refreshing and delicious. You will love it and full of good things for you. Have some old lemons you need to use? This is the answer.

Super Simple Lemon Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients
  • Two Lemons
  • Good Splash Olive Oil
  • Bag Salad Greens
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Toppings of Choice Tomato, Avocado, etc...
Cooking Directions
  1. Toss salad greens and toppings. Add shredded parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and then squeeze juice of two lemons making sure to strain the seeds. Toss and serve

  5. I make a version of this but with balsamic vinegar. From now on I will use lemon juice instead. Thanks for the recipe! Try adding a dash of Cavender's Greek Seasoning after the olive oil and before the lemon juice. Mmmmm
