What to do when you have a large amount of over ripe blueberries that no one wants to eat any longer?
Well, first you whip up some blueberry muffin batter for breakfast.
And if you have a three year old helping you use Elmo liners.
Then you freeze the rest. Works great if you wash them and dry completely. Spread them out on a cookie sheet and freeze. Great to pop in the mouth frozen, use in smoothies or on yogurt and of course for blueberry muffins or pancakes.
Yummy!
