That's right. To the happiest place on earth, Country General Store, in downtown Covina.
I have two gift cards I am itching to spend and after I drop Q at preschool, I am taking myself on over to my favorite store in the world.
These are all photos from their spring displays. Click on their website for loads of pics.
Last night hubby took me to dinner. I laughed all through dinner as my husband told me about his day. He was asked to star in a film about a new piece of safety equipment. It was big time. A director and film crew and make up. He was very stressed I could tell but I kept teasing him he was a star now.
Oh spring delights. I can't wait to cruise through this place and pick some lovelies.
I think I see my favorite section. This is so cute. Farmhouse seems all the rage right now.
If you ever get a chance to go to this little store, please do. They do the best job of display and you are nothing but happy in there. Support small independent businesses. They will go away if you don't. I buy lots of gifts in here too so I spend my money locally. Sometimes it may cost a bit more but the measure of joy I feel shopping around in here is worth something and I truly do believe we have to support small businesses.
Happy birthday, dear Elaine! Have fun at your favorite store, can't wait to see the things you choose.
