My friend Patty from Lemon Lane Cottage and I have been putting our heads together and want to gauge interest in something we are working on. For those that live in Southern CA and would be interested, we would host a Sunny Simple Day that would include a tour of my little urban garden, a talk on backyard chickens, a lunch from the garden and a garden themed craft.
We were thinking of either June or waiting until the fall but will decide based on interest and whether folks live close enough to attend. I would love to meet some of you and share my garden with you.
Go ahead and leave me a comment if this is something you would be interested in.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! Unfortunately I'm in Tennessee and couldn't come -- but I surely would if I lived somewhere close.
ReplyDeleteIf you go forward, I hope you share your organizing process, menu, etc. Is this something you would charge a fee for? What would you cap the participants at? I'm curious because I'm thinking about offering some garden related "workshops" possibly in my home.
I would definitely come Elaine.

Debbie
