Refreshing Peach Water

Want a way to drink more water than try my refreshing peach water. This is a drink idea for GERD sufferers. I cannot enjoy sodas or teas so this gives me something besides water to drink with GERD.

Refreshing Peach Water

For a refreshing summer drink, no added sugar, take some frozen peaches and drop in a glass of cold water. A very summery healthy drink, fruit infused water and at the end you can eat your peaches. Also if you want to sweeten it up a bit you can make a simple syrup with a little sugar or honey before adding the peaches and top off with ice.

You can substitute other frozen fruit like berries in your refreshing fruit water.
