Well summer is upon us and we are finally feeling it here. I believe we actually made it into the 90s today. My kids are loving it. Swimming weather. My tomatoes are loving it too.
Sweet 100 Tomatoes
Even though I have not painted the kitchen yet I just had to hang my new curtains in there. I think they will look great with the aqua colored walls.
Enjoy these more relaxing days. I know I am when I am not painting.

ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI just visited your Blog today. I really like what your "About Me" says on simplicity. Me and my daughters just started a new Blog, and it is also about the simple pleasures of life. We would love it if you could visit us and follow. The link is: http:redrosealley.blogspot.com We recently did a post about "Home Treasures," and it will give you a chance to get to know us a little better. I was checking out your kitchen pictures, and I just loved them because my kitchen is RED, BLACK, AND WHITE also, and I have roosters all around. I hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day.

Sweet! Love those curtains. I must have missed - did you make them? What a gorgeous kitchen you're going to have when all is done.
ReplyDeleteWish I had some of your great looking tomatoes. I love them, but prefer the home grown kind best.
ReplyDeleteThose little tomatoes are so good that I can eat them like candy!
ReplyDeleteI really can't wait to see your kitchen with the aqua walls and the red accents and those beautiful curtains. It's going to be stunning!
You asked about my blog header. Those are just glittery chipboard letters from Michaels that I glued to a ribbon and strung on the bench!
Happy REDnesday,
Carol
I love to munch on cherry tomatoes!

Woman in the scarlet coat,
Are you heading for a boat?
Or perhaps you need a bus
To get far away from us.
Whether wheels or sails you take
Don’t forget the chocolate cake
To sustain you on your way;
Red-clad damsel, now we say,
“Go with grace, enjoy the ride,
See you on the other side!”
