Banana Coconut Smoothie
We are making lots of smoothies these days to use up a lot of the fruit that is so plentiful this time of year.Ingredients:
- one banana
- splash of milk of your choice
- a pina colada flavored yogurt
- ice (just a few cubes)
- squirt of honey
- couple tablespoons of shredded coconut
- protein powder (optional)
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
