I am so happy for a few little things today. Thrilled to have found a match to the strawberry pillow on Etsy.
Now I have two cases and that makes me happy. Lovin' a vintage yellow rose spread I found in a shop in Solvang.
I still need to find a new quilt for my bed but I will be adding this rose spread in there somewhere.
Mums. Happy.
Do you see what is in that jar?
Oh yes, they are pumpkin cremes. I know it is fall when I have my first one and also a pumpkins spice latte from Starbucks. Those make me happy too. I need to get in there for one.
And the last of the laundry for the trailer is done. Now that really makes me happy.
Good job getting that laundry done. Pretty mums.
ReplyDeleteLots of things to be happy about. Love the pumpkin spice latte'. Thanks a lot, now I'll have to have one! I won't be able to get my mind off it. LOL! Love your mums, I don't have any yet!
ReplyDeleteHi Elaine,
ReplyDeleteI love Solvang...we have not been there in years, but are planning to stop by on our trip to LA in Dec. It really is a darling town, I think I could just eat my way through Solvang. I love your yellow rose quilt I would have bought it too!. We haven't had a chance to go to the beach in years, so the family planed a trip to Hawaii next month in Oct., so I will finely get to spend some time on the beach!
Fall is my favorite time of year. So many wonderful things to enjoy!
Have a sweet day with your family, hugs Elizabeth
I love those pumpkin candies...which is why I won't be buying any before Thanksgiving. I usually buy them and the autumn M&Ms and HIDE them!!
ReplyDeleteI love being happy about the little things!! I need to get some Fall candies...I love candy corn...however...I have no idea why...it certainly can't be the flavor...maybe it's the memories!!
ReplyDeleteThings are looking very happy around your place! That's so nice!!
ReplyDeleteYou are speaking my language. Vintage pillow cases and those tiny pumpkins. I spent most of last week cleaning and ironing vintage linens. I am definitely not doing that this week hence I am blogging. hugs♥olive
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you found a match so soon! Wow!! Love it. Love the yellow rose too. Did you have a great little getaway?

I need to watch for them in the store.
Your bed is so charming. If it were mine, I would never want to get out. :o)
Have a great week!

Mr. Art @ Home is addicted to those pumpkin creams, LOL! This is a sweet post. I know it's good to come home from a trip and nest a little. I love your pillowcases. You do not need to encourage me to lurk around Etsy because it gets me into big, big trouble!!!
ReplyDeleteThe pumpkins latte sounds cool. Unfortunately our Starbucks here do not serve such. I love the strawberry pillow too. Looks so refreshing and comfy
