Crock Pot Mixed Berry Cobbler

Crock pot berry cobbler you bake in your slow cooker.
This is the easiest perfect summer dessert but the bonus is you can make it in the crock pot and not turn your oven on.

Crock Pot Mixed Berry Cobbler

6 cups mixed berries washed (let drain), if using strawberries sliced them in half
1 cup sugar
2 3/4 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Butter your slow cooker on the bottom and sides. In a large bowl pour in the washed berries with half cup sugar and a half cup of the Bisquick. Pour the mixture into the buttered crock pot.
In another bowl, mix the rest of the Bisquick, 1/4 sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla until a soft dough. Scoop by teaspoon or my preferred method, a cookie dough scoop, on top of the berry mixture. Now mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon and sprinkle over the dough mixture. Do not stir. Just put lid on, cover and cook on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours until dough is puffy and fruit is bubbling and hot. Serves 10.

  1. I saw this on Instagram and thought it looked delicious. I don't own a crock pot - never have - but I think I need to make some sort of berry cobbler!

    1. You could easily just bake until topping is golden.

  3. This is exactly what I was looking for. I'm going to make some for the 4th, if I can wait that long.
