Processing And Freezing Bulk Ground Beef

About every 6-8 months I order 40 pounds of grass fed 93/7 ground beef from a bulk order.
Here are my tips for processing and freezing ground beef.

Please watch the video as I explain how I divide, process, freeze and intially cook up my 40 pounds of ground beef in my delivery. I use my FoodSaver to freeze the meat and it keeps the meat from getting freezer burnt and is so worth it for long term freezer storage of food.
