Caramel Macchiato Pancakes

Sundays are pancake days around here. I wanted a batch of our extra yummy caramel macchiato pancakes. Now this recipe is so easy you will laugh but oh are they ever good.

This recipe will require your favorite homemade or store bought pancake mix and some caramel macchiato creamer. You can really use any coffee creamer of your choice and organic creamers work great too.

Just take any pancake mix and add half the normal liquid and half any caramel macchiato coffee creamer.

And don't for get to add that little squeeze of lemon juice. The acid reacts with the baking soda and make the pancakes extra fluffy.
